The purpose of the present Rules is to give full information to the preson involved about the data handling carried out by ÖT CSILLAGOS TEXTILTISZTÍTÓ Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság prior to contact or during the contact with ÖT CSILLAGOS TEXTILTISZTÍTÓ Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság.

 

The company DCI SA – in the framework of a Trademark License Agreement - ensured the company ÖT CSILLAGOS TEXTILTISZTÍTÓ Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság to use exclusively the name, logo, brand and brand name 5 à sec or 5asec in the territory of Hungary during three years. According to the stipulations of the Trademark License Agreement, DCI SA ensured ÖT CSILLAGOS TEXTILTISZTÍTÓ Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság to use the website 5asec.hu and with redirection the website 5asec.com.

The company ÖT CSILLAGOS TEXTILTISZTÍTÓ Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (seat: 1139 Budapest, Forgách utca 37., registration number: Cg. 01-09-709063), as data handler - hereinafter referred to as ÖT CSILLAGOS TEXTILTISZTÍTÓ or data handler – hereby informs you that that your personal data are handled according to the stipulations of the present Data handling rules during the publication of the website www.5asec.hu (hereinafter referred to as Website) and of 5asec Facebook page, the correspondance via e-mails containing the domain name 5asec, the use of the Privilege card program and the data handling in 5 à Sec dry cleaning stores. The present English-language document is the abbreviated version of the Hungarian-language data handling rules which is available in our stores.

2.2       Subject-matter and material scope

This document lays down rules relating to natural persons concerned by the data handling on websites 5asec.hu and 5asec.com, 5asec Facebook page and e-mails containing the domain name 5asec, and by use of the Privilege card program and to natural persons visiting 5 à Sec dry cleaning stores.

 

2.3       Important definitions

personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

 

processing (data handling) means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

 

controller (data handler) means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law;

processor means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

 

IP address means a unique string of numbers separated by full stops that identifies each computer using the Internet Protocol to communicate over a network.

 

2.4       Principles

ÖT CSILLAGOS TEXTILTISZTÍTÓ as data handler shall be responsible for the respect and of the fulfillment of the following principles:

Personal data shall be:

 
  • processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject ("lawfulness, fairness and transparency");

 

 
  • collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes shall, in accordance with Article 89(1), not be considered to be incompatible with the initial purposes ("purpose limitation"); adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed ("data minimisation");

  • processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures ("integrity and confidentiality").
